Use My Prompts to manage the questions you want AI engines to answer.
Open My Prompts. If you work in an organization, select the intended client workspace before creating or importing questions.
Create a prompt
Select New prompt, enter the question, and review its settings before saving. Each prompt runs every engine your plan includes, plus any add-ons you have.
Write the question a buyer would ask. Avoid adding your brand to every discovery question. A fictional example is “Which snack bars work well on a long hike?” Keep questions about your brand too, and compare the two segments.
Generate draft questions
Select Generate and provide business context. Review the generated drafts before saving them. You can adjust the text and keep the questions that match the decisions you want to measure.
Generated drafts are not your final tracked set until you save them. Check for repetition and keep a consistent baseline for later comparisons.
Import questions from a CSV
The importer supports CSV, TSV, and TXT files. The upload limit is 2 MB and the row limit is 2,000. Choose the column containing the questions; other columns are not mapped into prompt settings by this import.
- Select Import CSV and choose the file.
- Review the sample and choose the Prompt column.
- Select Check to preview row results without creating prompts.
- Review duplicates, invalid rows, and capacity warnings.
- Select Import to create eligible prompts, then review the final row statuses.
| Status | What to do |
|---|---|
| Created | The prompt was created. During Check, this means it would be created. |
| Duplicate / Duplicate in file | Review the existing question or the earlier row. |
| Invalid | Correct the question. Imported question text must contain 1–2,000 characters. |
| Over quota | Review your available prompt capacity. |
| Error / Not attempted | Read the row reason. An import can stop after a creation error. |
Run and maintain your questions
Use a prompt's row actions to View metrics, Execute now, Edit, or Delete. Execute now requests a new check; review its result in the metrics drawer.
Model results can update at different times. Check the date of a run before comparing models, and use How often to understand when to expect new results.
If actions are paused, check Billing and Troubleshooting. Use Prompt Metrics to interpret results.
