Start with the message shown by the app, then check the workspace and setup for that feature.
My crawl is still indexing or has failed
Check the domain status in Data Hub. A crawl takes time to collect pages and finish analysis; a running status is not a completed audit.
- If the setup flow shows a failed crawl, select Retry crawl.
- If Data Hub shows a completed or failed domain, use Recrawl domain.
- If the app reports a blocked crawl, check robots.txt and firewall access using OmniImpactBot and crawler access.
- If the app reports that a crawl was stopped after taking too long, use its retry control rather than repeatedly submitting new domains.
My prompt results are empty or late
Confirm that the prompt exists in My Prompts, then check the selected time range and question segment in Prompt Metrics.
Open the prompt's Runs tab and check the dates and results. If you need a new check, use Execute now and review the outcome. Results for different models can update at different times.
Read How often to understand when to expect new results.
My numbers differ between pages
Check the time window, question segment, model, and metric label before comparing numbers. Different views can include different sets of answers. Share of Voice is a separate market analysis and is not directly comparable with prompt-level rates.
Use What the numbers mean and Why numbers move to check the definitions and changes.
I have used my available checks or prompt slots
Review the usage indicator for the action that is blocked. Share of Voice manual and automatic analyses use the same monthly allowance. The CSV importer reports Over quota when no prompt capacity remains.
Review your tracked questions before adding more. For current limits and plan options, use pricing. If actions are paused because of payment, follow Billing.
Why does my imported prompt use more models?
Every prompt, imported or created in the form, runs every engine your plan includes, plus any add-ons you have.
Review the imported question's settings in My Prompts. Check the final import row statuses before retrying the file.
My publish is blocked
Confirm the destination and connection status in Apps. Reconnect an expired connection before trying the publish again. Select a client workspace if the app is in Portfolio.
For self-hosted WordPress, follow the WordPress guide to check Application Password authorization and firewall requirements. A challenge or denied request needs the site's access configuration resolved before a publish can succeed.
When publishing through the agent, approve the described content and destination in a separate follow-up message. Review its result; an approval request is not a completed publish.
I cannot connect Google Analytics
Check that you are signing in with the intended Google account and selecting the intended property. If Google shows a consent warning or blocks the authorization, follow the Google Analytics 4 guide, which explains the connection requirements and current verification limitations.
I still need help
Contact support with the affected page, workspace type, time, and exact error message. Include the steps that led to it. Share only the information needed to diagnose the problem; never send passwords or access tokens.
