Find the right plan
Starter, Pro, and Premium are the personal plan options. Agency and Enterprise are organization options. Use the current pricing page to compare what is included rather than applying another workspace's limits to yours.
Some features and model choices depend on plan access. The app displays capacity and upgrade information where it is needed, including prompt management and competitor tracking.
Manage a personal subscription
Select Open portal to open the Stripe customer portal. The portal handles payment-method updates, invoices, plan changes, and cancellation for your personal subscription.
To cancel, open the portal and follow its subscription cancellation flow. Return to Billing to check the resulting status and end date. When cancellation is scheduled at the period end, the page shows Subscription ends instead of Next billing date.
For an Agency or Enterprise subscription, contact support to manage plan changes. Organization subscriptions cannot be converted to a personal plan through the personal change-plan action.
Understand your billing status
The status label tells you whether the subscription needs attention.

| Payment failed / Unpaid | Update the payment method through the portal and review the billing notice. |
| Incomplete / Incomplete (expired) | Complete or restart the subscription flow indicated by the app. |
| Canceled | Review the displayed access or end-date information before starting another subscription. |
If prompt or domain actions are paused because of a payment issue, resolve billing first and then return to the action.
Plan allowances and model add-ons
Each plan sets how many prompts you can track, how many of those you can mark as daily prompts, and which engines run on them. Daily prompts are the tracked prompts you choose to check on the faster schedule.

Two optional add-ons extend a plan. The open-model pack adds DeepSeek, GLM, Qwen, and Kimi and is available from Starter. Grok is available from Pro; Starter does not offer it. Use pricing for add-on prices and the plan shown in Billing for your current subscription.
