Data Hub

Configure your website, brand identity, aliases, market, and tracked competitors in Omni Impact.

Open in AI

Data Hub is where you maintain the domain and brand settings used across your workspace.

Open Data Hub. Its four main sections are Your Domain, Brand Identity, SOV Market, and Competitor Tracking.

Add or recrawl your website

Add your website in Your Domain. The section shows the crawl status and page count. When the domain has completed or failed, use the Recrawl domain control to request another crawl.

If a crawl is blocked, review OmniImpactBot and crawler access. Use Audit to inspect the completed website analysis.

Set your brand identity

Enter the name customers use for your brand and review the canonical domain. Aliases are other spellings or names that should count as that same brand. Save the identity after editing it.

For fictional Alpine Bars, “Alpine Bars” could be the brand and alpinebars.example its domain. Add a genuine alternate spelling if customers use it. Avoid broad aliases such as “snack” or “bars”: those words can appear in answers about unrelated products.

Brand identity is also relevant to the Branded and Unbranded segments. Review this section when a prompt appears in an unexpected segment.

Define your Share of Voice market

Use SOV Market to describe the business category you want to measure. The market flow takes a plain-English business description and proposes a market category for you to review.

Choose the category that represents the buyer decision you care about. Then run Share of Voice to collect a market analysis.

Add competitors

Use Competitor Tracking to add competitor domains within the slots shown for your workspace. Enter valid domains and avoid duplicates. Use a competitor's remove control to remove it from tracking.

Competitor comparisons use your current competitor list, including when you view older dates. Adding or removing a competitor can change that comparison while the original answers stay the same.

Read Why numbers move before comparing a period from before and after a competitor change.

Data Hub includes links to Documents, Apps, and Google Analytics. For publishing setup, start with Apps. For AI-referred traffic, follow Google Analytics 4.

If setup actions are paused in an organization, select a client workspace. If the app reports a payment problem, review Billing.
