AI models don’t rank pages — they cite sources. Where SEO optimizes a page to rank, AEO optimizes a brand to be retrieved and trusted: machine-readable structure, answer-shaped content, and credible third-party corroboration. SEO tools were built for a world of ten blue links. That world is over.

Organically. Prompts that mention your brand are never counted toward organic metrics — we ask the question a buyer would ask and parse what the model volunteers. Not being mentioned is a valid, recorded signal. Mentions are graded on a tier scale: not mentioned, mentioned, discussed, recommended, top pick.

Six are included by plan: ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode and Gemini on every plan, Perplexity from Pro, and Claude from Premium. Grok (Pro and up) and an open-model pack — DeepSeek, GLM, Qwen and Kimi — are add-ons. For Copilot we give optimization guidance, not live monitoring.

No. Publishing is an explicit action you take on a specific fix. When the Omni Agent is the one publishing, it proposes the change and the server checks your reply against that exact change before anything ships. Each change lands in your site change history, and on self-hosted WordPress and GitHub, updates can be reverted.

Each run is scored on whether the task could be completed, with the trace, the screenshots and the step where it got stuck. It stops before checkout and before submitting any form other than a site search, and it never types payment, password or identity details.
