Effective Date: May 19, 2026 · Last Updated: October 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Omni Impact LLC ("Omni Impact," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you interact with our products, websites, and services. It applies to all products in the Omni Impact and Omni Labs portfolio — regardless of how they are delivered (hosted, self-hosted, local-only, or downloadable). By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. Who We Are
Omni Impact LLC is a New York limited liability company. For the purposes of EU and UK data protection law, Omni Impact LLC is the data controller for the information described in this Policy. You can reach our privacy contact at [email protected].
2. Scope
This Policy applies to:
- Our website, omniimpact.net
- The Omni Impact AEO platform and any other hosted products we operate
- Software products we distribute (OmniVox, OmniCue, Kernelmon, vault.oi, Personify, co-review, and others) — but only with respect to information we receive, not information that stays on your device
This Policy does not apply to data that never leaves your device. For local-only and self-hosted products, we are not a data controller because we do not receive your data. The product's source code and architecture demonstrate this.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Account information: name, email address, password (hashed), and any profile information you provide
- Billing information: handled by our payment processor (currently Stripe). We do not store full payment card details ourselves
- Communications: messages you send us through email, contact forms, or support channels
- Content you submit to hosted products: for Omni Impact AEO, URLs, brand identifiers, competitor URLs, prompts, and parameters; for Century 22, portfolio data and trading ideas you input
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use our hosted products or websites, we automatically collect:
- Usage data — features accessed, actions taken, pages viewed, session duration
- Device and connection information — IP address, browser type, OS, screen size, referring URL
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 9)
3.3 Information from Third-Party Sources
For Omni Impact AEO, when you submit URLs for analysis, we crawl those URLs and collect publicly available content from them, including page text, metadata, structured data, and links. This content is not personal data about you — it is content from the websites you choose to analyze. We may also retrieve data from third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, etc.) on your behalf as part of providing the service.
When you run tracked prompts through Omni Impact AEO, we obtain AI-generated answers to them through AI providers’ official APIs, and may also obtain them through licensed third-party data providers listed on our Sub-processors page. We store these answers and analyze them to show how your brand, your competitors, and the websites they cite appear in AI answers.
These answers may be grounded in web sources. We collect and store the external source URLs those providers retrieved or cited — linked to your account, your prompts, and (for organization and client workspaces) scoped to the workspace the prompt belongs to and not shared across tenants. We use this data to provide source-influence analytics: showing which external websites influence AI answers relevant to your brand and surfacing optimization opportunities. These URLs are addresses of public web pages surfaced by the AI providers, not personal data about you. They are retained and deleted alongside your prompt data (see Section 8).
3.4 Information We Do NOT Collect
For local-only and self-hosted products, we receive no data. This includes:
- OmniVox: All audio capture, transcription, vocabulary management, and history occurs entirely on your device. The source code is published so you can verify this.
- vault.oi: Self-hosted. We have no access to your credentials, API keys, or any data you store in your vault.oi instance.
- OmniCue: Operates locally. We do not collect telemetry, usage data, or any other information by default.
- Kernelmon: Reads your hardware specifications locally to generate in-game characters. Nothing transmitted off-device.
- Personify: Local-first architecture. Your aggregated personal data stays on your device. If you create an account for cloud features (where applicable), we collect only what is necessary for authentication.
- co-review: A free skill that runs in your local development environment. We do not collect any usage information.
3.5 Services You Connect
If you connect another service to Omni Impact AEO, such as your website platform, GitHub, Slack, or Google Analytics, we access it with the permissions you grant, to provide the features you use, for example publishing changes you request or approve, or showing analytics in your reports. We store the access credentials encrypted, and you can disconnect a service at any time.
Google Analytics. If you connect Google Analytics, we request read-only access to your Google Analytics data and to your Google account email address. We use this data only to show website traffic from AI assistants, and related metrics, in your dashboards and reports. We store the aggregated metrics we retrieve (such as sessions, users, and key events by date, page, and traffic source) and the connected account’s email address. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. When you disconnect Google Analytics, we delete the connection, including its stored access tokens and account email address, and the Google Analytics data we synced, at the time you disconnect. Figures already copied into reports you generated or into saved measurement results are not changed. You can also remove our access at any time in your Google Account settings. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information described above for the following purposes:
- Provide the services: Operating Omni Impact AEO; analyzing URLs you submit; generating reports; processing payments; managing accounts
- Improve and develop products: Diagnosing technical issues; understanding usage patterns; building new features
- Communicate with you: Service-related messages; responses to support inquiries; transactional emails
- Marketing and updates: Newsletter and product announcements — only with your consent and only where permitted by law. You can opt out at any time.
- Security: Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and security threats; protecting our infrastructure
- Legal compliance: Complying with applicable laws, responding to lawful requests, enforcing our terms
- Business operations: Accounting, audit, planning, and similar internal purposes
We do not:
- Sell your personal information to third parties
- Use your content to train general-purpose AI models without explicit consent
- Share your data with advertising networks for targeted advertising on third-party sites
5. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:
- Contract performance: Processing necessary to provide you with the services you've requested
- Legitimate interests: Improving our products, ensuring security, conducting normal business operations, and direct marketing of similar products to existing customers — provided your interests do not override ours
- Consent: Where you have explicitly opted in, such as for marketing emails or non-essential cookies
- Legal obligation: Compliance with applicable law
You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
6. How We Share Information
6.1 Service Providers
We use service providers to host and operate our websites and Omni Impact AEO. Our current providers, by role:
- Hosting, storage and monitoring: Render, Netlify, Cloudflare, Backblaze, Sentry
- Accounts, billing and email: Clerk, Stripe, Resend
- AI models: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (Gemini API), Perplexity, xAI, Vercel (AI Gateway), TypeSafe, Cohere
- Search and data: Tavily, Exa, DataForSEO
- Website services: Google Analytics, Google Fonts
Our Sub-processors page describes what each provider does, the data it handles, and where it is based. We update it before a new provider listed there begins processing personal data on our behalf. That notice does not cover the inference providers Vercel’s AI Gateway selects for individual requests, which that page describes. Each provider handles information under its agreement with us.
6.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request — or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Omni Impact LLC, our users, or others.
6.3 Business Transfers
If Omni Impact LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you (where required) and ensure the receiving party honors this Policy.
6.4 With Your Consent
We may share information for other purposes with your explicit consent.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These safeguards include encryption in transit, access controls, secure infrastructure providers, and operational security practices.
No security measure is perfect. We cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password for your account and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
For vault.oi specifically: because vault.oi is self-hosted, security is your responsibility once you install and operate it. We have no access to your data and cannot recover it for you. We strongly recommend reviewing the source code and security architecture before storing real secrets.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including:
- Account information: until you delete your account, plus any period for which we must keep records for legal, tax, audit, or dispute-resolution purposes
- Content and results in Omni Impact AEO: the URLs, prompts, and settings you submit, and the results we produce from them (such as AI answers, source URLs, analyses, and crawl results), until you delete them or your account. The full text of the AI answers listed under Runs for each prompt is set to be removed once a run and its analysis are more than 90 days old, unless the answer is kept as evidence in a saved measurement result; the scores, brand-mention counts and source URLs measured from an answer are kept with your other content until you delete them or your account. Content created in a shared organization workspace stays with that workspace for its other members
- Share of Voice data: raw measurement records are set to expire after 120 days and raw brand-mention records after 90 days; summary figures calculated from them are kept with your other content
- Stored reports: PDF reports we store for you are set to expire 180 days after they are generated
- Google Analytics data: synced data until you disconnect Google Analytics or delete your account; figures already copied into reports or saved measurement results stay with them (see Section 3.5)
- Readiness Check: if you give us your email address to download a Readiness Check report, we keep it until you ask us to delete it
- Communications: for as long as needed to address your inquiries and maintain a record
- Billing records: as required by applicable tax and accounting law
Deleted information may remain for a limited time in backups and logs kept by our infrastructure providers. After the retention period ends, we will delete or anonymize the information, unless required to retain it longer by law.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies on our websites and hosted products. Cookie types include:
- Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the service to function (e.g., authentication tokens, security)
- Functional cookies: Remember your preferences (language, display settings)
- Analytics cookies: Set by Google Analytics on omniimpact.net to help us understand how visitors use the site
- No advertising cookies: We do not run third-party ad networks on our properties
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent core features from working. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
