A Simpler Sidebar, One Improve Page & AI Fact Check

The sidebar is grouped into How AI sees you and Make it better, Improve becomes one page for everything to fix, a new Fact check shows what AI gets wrong about you, and Site health shows whether AI engines can reach your site.

Features

  • A Simpler Sidebar — The sidebar now has two groups named for what you're doing. How AI sees you holds Share of Voice, Prompts, Sources, Traffic and Reports; Make it better holds Improve, Site health and Content. Brand setup sits at the foot and covers your website, brand, markets, competitors, files and connected apps. Settings opens from your name, Members & Seats is now a Settings page, and a Help menu holds the docs, the setup tutorial and Send feedback.
  • One Improve Page for Everything to Fix — Opportunities is now part of Improve, with five tabs: To do, Pages, New content, Off-site and Fact check. To do gathers site fixes, wrong facts, off-site tasks and page fixes in one list you can filter by engine and priority, sort, and check off, with Done and Dismissed kept below. A page opens in a side panel with its fixes, progress and speed, and Change history and Add page sit at the top of every tab. Old Opportunities links take you to the matching tab.
  • Fact Check: What AI Gets Wrong About You — Confirm a short fact sheet about your business, such as prices, locations, hours and services, drafted from your own pages. We then check the AI answers already collected for your prompts and list each claim that contradicts it, with the wrong words highlighted, the page AI took it from and a suggested fix. Mark a claim fixed, or tell us it's not wrong, and see the claims AI gets right too.
  • Can AI Reach You — Site health opens with a new section showing which AI engines can read your site and which are blocked, indexing problems, and pages that show up empty to AI engines that don't run JavaScript. Each problem comes with a fix you can mark fixed, then verify, and you can re-check at any time.
  • Instant Indexing — ChatGPT and Copilot search the web through Bing. Set up Instant indexing once in Integrations › Search engines, and when a fix goes live we tell Bing and other search engines right away instead of waiting for their next crawl.
  • Where AI Looks You Up — Improve › Off-site now opens with the places AI checks to learn about you: Wikipedia, Wikidata, the review sites AI cited (and whether it cited your own profile there) and YouTube, each with its status and what to do. The pages to get onto below it are sorted by kind, such as best-of lists, review sites, Reddit threads and videos, with the engines that cited each one. Add any of them to your to-do list, and we check for you in the next answers.
  • Beat the Cited Page — A prompt's Fixes tab now opens with your closest page side by side with the pages AI cited for that prompt, comparing date, price, comparison table, sections, length and questions answered. It lists the sections those pages share that yours lacks, numbered fixes and the competitor comparison pages AI cites, and a one-line summary at the top of the prompt page takes you there.
  • Share of Voice, Simplified — Share of Voice is now one simpler page with three tabs: Overview, By engine and Your markets. One toolbar picks a market, or All markets, and a 30, 60 or 90-day view for every number. Overview shows your share over time, What stands out, and Who AI names: one ranked list of the brands AI mentions, including ones you don't track. Click any brand to see its share and rank over time, how you compare when AI names you both, and what AI said about it.

Improvements

  • New Names, Same Pages — Audit is now Site health, GA4 Traffic is now Traffic, Data Hub is now Brand setup and Your Content is now Content. Sidebar search (Ctrl K, or ⌘K on a Mac) still finds every page by its old name, and the docs use the new names.
  • Page Audits Check How a Page Answers — Each page crawl now checks whether a page says what you do in its title and main heading, answers its main question in the opening lines, and gives product, pricing and service pages a short block of key facts. Anything missing joins the page's findings with a fix. Audits also handle hidden content, takeaway boxes, table headers, llms.txt and sitemaps more accurately.
  • Competitor Names You Can Check — Brand setup shows each competitor by the name AI answers are matched to, with its web address and other names under it, and you can edit them there. A newly added competitor is named from its own homepage and tagged New so you can check the name, and reports and the Agent now use the same names as Share of Voice.
  • Share of Voice Matches Home — All markets on Share of Voice shows the same share as Home. The Change column fills in once there is a full earlier period to compare with, and says so until then.
  • Send Feedback — Report Bug is now Send feedback: one box for ideas, questions or problems, in the new Help menu. We still attach the page you were on and your browser details for you.
  • Faster Pages — The app loads about a fifth less code on first visit, so pages open sooner, and the Sources leaderboard no longer takes seconds to appear.

Fixes

  • Not Measured, Never 0 — Site health shows a blank score, a missing count or an impossible page count as not measured instead of 0 or 0%, and a site average with no scored pages stays empty instead of reading Needs Work. On Improve, a list that fails to load says so instead of counting as 0.
  • A Blocked Crawl Keeps Your Score — When a crawl of your own site is blocked on every page, your Website score stays at its last real reading instead of dropping to a placeholder, and PDF reports label it with the date it was read.
  • Your Brand However It's Written — When an answer names your brand, or part of it, in a different way from your configured names, it now counts as you instead of appearing among other brands.
  • Guided Setup Stays Closed — The full-screen setup no longer reopens at sign-in for a workspace that was already set up by hand, including for teammates on a shared browser.
  • Share of Voice Catches Up — A run that finishes while the page is open now shows its results without losing market weights you haven't saved, and a brand's rank history loads again.
  • Agent Numbers Match the Pages — When the Agent quotes a prompt's numbers, they are now the ones the Prompts pages show, and a period with no answers reads as no data instead of 0.
  • Reports and Smaller Fixes — Share of Voice charts in PDF reports draw each brand at its true size and show N/A where nothing was measured, and a failed PDF download says why. Swap in Find new pauses one prompt and adds the question in a single step, Refresh on Improve also reloads page speed, and a change made in your Personal workspace stays there if you switch workspaces while it saves.
