Monthly allowances reset at the start of each calendar month. Daily prompts are the tracked prompts you pick for the faster cadence; a cell with two cadences reads daily prompts / other tracked prompts. Agency figures are per client workspace unless the cell says per account, and per-client analysis allowances are pooled across the account. The Agency plan is $129 a month with 10 pitches included, plus graduated client-workspace pricing with no minimum; 50+ client workspaces are custom. Every Enterprise limit is set with you, around your account.

Before you pick a plan.

No. There is no trial period — your plan starts and your card is charged the day you subscribe. You can cancel any time from billing settings and keep access through the period you have already paid for. If you want to see something before you buy, the AEO Readiness Check grades any domain in about a minute and costs nothing.

Every tracked prompt is checked in ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, AI Mode and Gemini every day. Daily prompts are the tracked prompts you pick for a faster cadence on the other engines: Perplexity checks them daily (Pro and up), and Claude weekly (Premium and up). Your other tracked prompts get Perplexity weekly and Claude monthly. The open-model add-on runs monthly on every tracked prompt, and the Grok add-on monthly on your daily prompts. Up to 15 Run nows a month on Starter (35 on Pro, 125 on Premium, 35 per client workspace on Agency, and a custom number on Enterprise) also refresh the open-model engines; after that, a Run now refreshes your other engines.

Agent Journeys sends a browser agent through a real task on your site — finding the right item and reaching the cart, finding an open date and its total, checking the return policy — and scores whether it could finish, with a trace and screenshots of wherever it stopped. It stops before checkout and before submitting any form other than a site search, and it never types payment, password or identity details. Starter includes 1 run a month, Pro 10 and Premium 40.

About 17% against the monthly rate, on every plan. Pro is $149 a month billed annually — $1,788 for the year — instead of $179 month to month. Add-ons are billed monthly, so they need monthly billing on your plan.

Your plan sets how many prompts you track and how many of them are daily prompts; to go past either, upgrade or swap a prompt out. The answers behind them run under a fair-use limit set well above what a full plan uses on its schedule. We notify you in the app and by email at 80% of it and again at 100%, and past 100% the more expensive engines run less often until the limit resets at the start of the next calendar month. Nothing in your tracking stops silently. Other monthly allowances, like agent messages, deep research and analyses, show their usage in billing settings and pause until that same reset. Run now refreshes stop at their monthly limit until that reset too. There are no overage charges.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from billing settings whenever you like. There is no contract and no cancellation fee, and your data stays where it is when you move between tiers.

API access is coming soon. Today everything runs through the app, scheduled PDF reports, and the integrations — publishing to WordPress or Notion, or opening a GitHub pull request with a fix.

The Agency plan is $129 a month, billed monthly with no contract, and includes 10 pitches a month. Client workspaces are added on top, graduated: $249 each for clients 1–9, $229 each for clients 10–24, and $209 each for clients 25–49. Each rate applies to the clients inside its band, not the whole book. There is no client-workspace minimum, so you can run on pitches alone. Add-ons are priced per client workspace and cover every client on the account. At 50 or more client workspaces, talk to us about Agency Enterprise.

A short, read-only workspace for a prospect who isn’t a client yet. It tracks up to 50 prompts on ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, checked daily for 5 days; then it is frozen, and you can still view it. Each pitch produces a report in your agency’s own brand to send the prospect. If you win them, “Keep as client” turns the pitch into a normal client workspace in one click, with its history kept. The Agency plan includes 10 pitches a month, and 5 more cost $69 in a month. Unused pitches don’t roll over. Agency Enterprise does not include pitches.

No. Client workspaces start fresh — you add the client’s domain and the crawl and analysis start from there. Whatever is on your existing plan stays on that plan. We set agency accounts up by hand today, so tell us what you are moving and we will walk it with you.
