Agent

The Omni agent

Use the Omni agent to explore workspace data, research questions, draft content, and review a publish before approving it.

Open in AI

The Omni agent gives you a chat workspace for exploring data, researching questions, and working on content.

Open the agent. Begin with the outcome you want and the workspace or page it concerns.

Ask about a specific task

You can ask the agent to examine prompts, visibility scores, recommendations, or connected apps. State the time range and question set when they matter. Review the data and sources it uses before deciding on a change.

For a fictional brand, useful starting instructions include:

  • “Review my unbranded hiking-snack questions and show where my brand is missing.”
  • “Draft a clearer ingredients section for this page. Show me the draft before publishing.”
  • “Compare these two source-backed explanations and list what needs verification.”

Add files and research context

The input's plus menu includes Add file or image, Web Search, Deep Research, and Apps. Web search is on by default. Deep Research is off until selected.

Attach a file when the task depends on material you want the agent to read. Turn on Deep Research for a research task that needs a broader investigation. Select the relevant connected app when you want to work with that app.

An attachment gives the current task context. It is not the same as deliberately saving a document to the workspace knowledge base; you can ask the agent to save material when that is your intent.

Review remembered context

Open What OmniAgent knows to review the agent's memory. Check the information there before relying on it in a new task.

Keep brand identity in Data Hub accurate too. A chat instruction is not a substitute for checking the workspace's configured brand and domain.

Review and approve a publish

Before publishing, the agent asks you to review the proposed content and destination. Approve them in a separate follow-up message when you are ready. If the content or destination changes, review and approve the new proposal.

  1. Ask for the content or change you want.
  2. Review the draft, destination, and proposed action.
  3. Approve the exact publish in a follow-up message if you want it sent.
  4. Read the result before assuming the website changed.

Use Site Change History to review website changes. Revert is available only for supported apps; check the integration guide before relying on it.

If the agent reports missing context, failed research, or a blocked publish, address that message before continuing. Troubleshooting links to the relevant setup checks.
